The administrative resources in my class is very limited. I have a mentor teacher that I usually helps me with the inputing of all of my grades and attendance. We use the school's drive to upload our grades and attendance. It's a fairly easy program, so it doesn't take long to upload my class into the system.
Other resources I use in my class are google drive, excel, and the school website.
Google drive has been the best thing for my class. I upload copies of the students grades and interact with the students via this drive. The students are able to upload their assignments and also get feedback from their classmates. I do like that multiple people can be signed on at once working on a particular document.
All of my grades start in an excel spreadsheet. After I start the spreadsheet, I post it the google drive and I'm able to edit the document from there. Excel is a little more hard and it changes with every new system update. With google sheets on google drive, it keeps it very simple for the users.
Our class website is used for pictures, updates, and class schedule for the parents. It gives me a chance to communicate more with the parents, and a chance for the parents to see what their children are doing in the classroom.
